Order changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you'd wish to return a product, email us at support@drivetocart.com

Item not received

If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered. you'd to contact the carrier to find out your item. We don't have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ) , but if the issues still persists kindly contact us at support@drivetocart.com we'll try our best to assist you.
